Matt Kenseth, loss of 50 points, his Kansas pole won't count towards Sprint Unlimited eligibility and his win won't count toward Chase wild card or bonus points.
Crew chief Jason Ratcliff, fined $200,000 and suspended for 6 races.
Joe Gibbs, loss of 50 owner points, and will not accumulate owner points during the next 6 races.

Penalties could include loss of points for Kenseth, a fine for crew chief Jason Ratcliff and suspensions of 6 weeks for Ratcliff and other members of Joe Gibbs Racing.
